Here is Connor in his halloween costume. He, as you can see, is a lion. and a adorable one at that! He got his first tooth last week. His bottom left front tooth. Now the others are working their way out. I am going to miss that toothless smile, but I cant wait to see him with his little teeth.

Connor had a great time visitng Chris’ Mom (Maw Maw) in Lufkin. He fell asleep in her lap for a long time. She has a knack for getting him to go to sleep. Teach me your secret Maw Maw!

Look what we found when we went to Walmart! Chris, Connor and I were going to Walmart in Plano to get some Halloween stuff, and the Oscar Meyer Weiner Mobile was in the parking lot. How cool is that. I would love to have gone for a ride.

Modern Art

Here we are in Millenium Park under what is known as the “Giant Kidney Bean.” It is a piece of Modern Art that is truly amazing. It is completely reflective (as you can see). Just another amazing thing to see in Chicago.

Fun in the City

Here is a beautiful view of the city. The weather was wonderful. Very cool, but not so cool that we needed a jacket. Katy was a great tour guide for us. We got to see an Allstate commerical being filmed, and 2 Brides and grooms taking pictures on Michigan Avenue. Chris and I cannot wait to go back. Thanks for a great time Chicago!

Is he Cute?

While visiting the field museum in Chicago, Connor met a new friend. Her name is Libby Rose. She kept coming over and saying “Hi baby” and then asking us “is he cute?” She was so adorable. She is 2 years old and so funny. Connor enjoyed the attention. A ladies man already.

While in Chicago, we got to go visit my Aunt (who we call Auntie). It was so great to spend time with her. She fixed us dinner that was delicious. Thank you Auntie for everything!
